Inside tip for the perfect conclusion to a perfect day of skiing

After riding up on the Schönleiten gondola, take the right-hand exit. Hill No. 62 will take you to the Polten quad chair lift. Once at the top, exit to the right and enjoy the magical panoramas of the Steinernes Meer and Hohe Tauern ranges.

7.5 km of pure skiing enjoyment, down the longest slope in the entire "Ski Circus", all the way back to the center of Viehhofen. Afterwards, you can decide whether to take the ski bus back in the direction of Saalbach, return to your lodgings, or indulge yourself in a little après-ski fun.

At the summit station of the Polten lift, exit to the right and enjoy the magical panoramas of the Hohe Tauern mountains, including views of the Grossglockner and Kitzsteinhorn.

Hill No. 68 rewards you with wonderfully groomed, broad slopes as far as the eye can see!

About half-way, you will pass the Hecherhütte, then you will be able to slice down the magnificent slopes all the way back to the center of the village.
