And so it succeeds:
- shake out the Elderflowers and cut off the strong peduncles
- boil up the water and liquidate the syrup sugar
- add lemon slices and citric acid
- pour the liquid over the Elderflowers and put it in a cool place for about 2 days
- filter the liquid and reboil it
- fill the liquid in clean, closable bottles and store them in a cool, dark and dry place.
