Show your skill, balance and fitness!

The motor skills trail in Saalbach is a unique experience for anyone who enjoys exercise and nature. The trail runs along the Saalach promenade between Jausern and Saalbach and offers 24 stations that train dexterity, balance and fitness. Whether spider nets, stretching oasis, alpine water ski wall or kitesurf simulator - there is no room for boredom here. The motor skills trail is accessible free of charge and suitable for all age groups.

The trail is based on a Motorik Dreams concept (according to sports scientist Dr Roland Werthner) and offers you an ideal opportunity to enjoy the beautiful landscape and do something good for your health at the same time.

You can visit the motor skills trail from spring until the first onset of winter in late autumn. It is approx. 5 km long and can be walked in both directions. At the stations, you will find signs and instructions showing you how to do the exercises. The levels of difficulty are labelled from easy to difficult so that you can adapt to your own level. The motor skills trail is more than just sporting fun, it is also a place of learning where you can improve your motor skills and gain new experiences.
