Whether you've had an eventful day on the ski slopes or you've worked off some energy in the mountains - my Power Yoga and Mobility & Relax courses are perfect for doing something good for your body.
- Power yoga strengthens your muscles, improves your stamina and helps you to increase your concentration and stamina with targeted breathing techniques.

- Mobility & Relax offers you a gentle combination of stretching, strengthening and relaxation to relieve tension and improve your flexibility.
-> From 07/01/2025 every TUESDAY from 06:30 - 07:30 pm | Viehhofen gym
Ideal for anyone who wants to relax and recharge their batteries after an active day in the mountains!

What you need is a yoga mat, comfortable clothes, something to drink and a blanket -> if you don't have a yoga mat, please let me know.
Please be there at least 10 minutes before the course starts - we meet at the entrance to the gym.
