Slope to Viehhofen

After enjoying a great day of skiing on the Schmittenhöhe, the return to Viehhofen can be just as memorable. Take the Tannwald run no. 21 down to the mid-station of the zellamseeXpress. This red slope is best suited for experienced skiers and leads through an impressive winter landscape over a distance of around 4,5 kilometres – offering wide views of the Glemmtal and the surrounding mountains. Along the way, you descend approximately 1.000 vertical metres. From there, continue comfortably into the valley via the variant run X4.

The variant run ends in the Kreuzerlehengraben. From there, the ski bus takes you conveniently back to Viehhofen. As both the slope and the route back to Viehhofen are located on the north-facing side, they are considered a special tip – quiet, scenic, and ideal for anyone looking to discover a little more of the Schmittenhöhe.
