Spectacular aerial displays over Viehhofen
When around 130 athletes take to the skies, the skies above Viehhofen become a stage for impressive flying. With maximum altitudes of up to 4,400 metres and distances of up to 200 kilometres, paragliding cross-country flying demonstrates what is possible with skill, tactics and the right feel for the conditions.
In good conditions, flights take off daily from around 11:00 am from the Schmittenhöhe or in Saalbach. The landing takes place in the afternoon at around 3:00 pm in Viehhofen.
